  • At least 4 hours of overlap with your timezone on workdays
  • Email, plus the chat tool you already use
  • A three-month minimum, then month to month
  • The first two weeks can include a support playbook, inbox rules, or ticket tags

The Fee

One Monthly Fee per Role

The published offer is a monthly fee for one role. It includes the assistant’s hours and Project CS management. Project CS pays the assistant.

A one-time setup fee per role covers discovery, search, interviews, and onboarding. A replacement inside the first 30 days is a new search without a second setup fee.

Hours above the band, tools Project CS must pay for, and work outside these two services are quoted before that work starts. Dollar amounts are confirmed on the discovery call, from the hour band and budget you send.
